The Sport Information Resource Centre shares the Meaningful Impact of Switch Gears.
We’re so proud to share the amazing outcomes from of our Switch Gears program. Researched, developed and evaluated from the ground up by our Manger of Programs and Operations, Alison Heath, were proud to say Switch Gears has shown positive results for boys and their mental health. Providing meaningful and positive mentorship opportunities gives boys a safe space to talk, learn about healthy masculinities, and build the tools they need to form healthy relationships, understand emotions, challenge harmful stereotypes, and make positive decisions. Our team has worked to expand this program across our communities and it continues to grow and make a BIG impact on boys.
